STL Joseph Garcia Visits Domesti-PUPS

Senior Team Leader Joseph Garcia is one of the world’s foremost experts in the highly specialized area of Corrections Special Operations. STL Garcia is among the field’s leading innovators, trainers, speakers, and expert witnesses. Currently, he is Senior Instructor for the United States Corrections-Special Operations Group (US C-SOG). He is also an active Capt with the Richmond City Sheriff's Office serving as the SDU Commander. STL Garcia spearheads US C-SOG’s Special Detachment Unit which provides training to corrections emergency response teams nationally and internationally.
